There’s a food truck in OKC called Just Desserts that sells vegan ice cream and funnel cakes. Yummy! Dessert Shoe Girl (daughter) tracked them down while we were running last minute Christmas errands and we got to buy a few pints of ice cream for Christmas dinner and treated ourselves to funnel cakes before going home.

And of course, I had to make a big deal about it.

It didn’t stop there.

I still had some funnel cake left to take pictures of at home because we had to leave soon after to get the ice cream to the freezer before it melted too much. It was a nice weather day but not warm enough to use the air conditioner so it was in danger of disappearing.
