I’m texting as usual and not paying attention to anything else. I look up in time to see a sign flash across the tv saying something miles to Crystal Lake.

Me: Are we watching Jason?

HIM: No, we’re watching Halloween…on Elm street. Texas Chainsaw Halloween on Elm Street.

Me: Jason 15?
