Call me a nerd, I don’t care. I have an appreciation for talent.

They play during the music scenes while the movie is showing.

Having said that, I would totally get distracted with the movie and forget to play.

Another concert…

At one of my old jobs, a professor had a concert in the university auditorium (he had written some of his own music too) that was free and open to the public and I invited my family. I wanted the little ones to attend and understand that background music they hear in some of their video games comes from people like this. If anyone is like me, I just assume that background music is magic and appears out of nowhere, but I want them to actually know. No one should be as insane as Auntie Dearest.

My family enjoyed my former professor’s concert and so did the little ones. They got to see the music happening and how. I told them to listen to their video games the next time they played and try to recognize some of the instruments.
